In9Months is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our website, application, and services.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 (opens in a new tab) at Level AA, which is the baseline required by ADA Title II (effective April 2026). The site is partially conformant — some areas are still being improved.
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, some areas may have limitations:
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of In9Months. If you experience any barriers or have difficulty accessing any part of our service, please let us know so we can improve.
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days.
In9Months uses semantic HTML5, ARIA landmarks, and the shadcn/ui (opens in a new tab) component library, which follows WAI-ARIA design patterns. We apply a strict Content Security Policy and enforce HTTPS via HSTS. Alongside manual keyboard-navigation testing during development, we maintain a dedicated automated accessibility suite built on axe-core (run via Playwright) that covers key user-facing surfaces — including the public registry and shower pages, checkout, login, and the dashboard.
