Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Our commitment

In9Months is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our website, application, and services.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, which is the baseline required by ADA Title II (effective April 2026). The site is partially conformant — some areas are still being improved.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, some areas may have limitations:

  • Invitation canvas designer: The drag-and-drop invitation editor is not fully keyboard-navigable. We are working on improvements.
  • Third-party embeds: Some components (Stripe payment forms, Google Maps embeds) are provided by third parties and may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control.

Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of In9Months. If you experience any barriers or have difficulty accessing any part of our service, please let us know so we can improve.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days.

Technical approach

In9Months uses semantic HTML5, ARIA landmarks, and the shadcn/ui component library, which follows WAI-ARIA design patterns. We apply a strict Content Security Policy, enforce HTTPS via HSTS, and test with keyboard navigation and automated accessibility tooling.
