in9months allows you to add product links from third-party retailers. We do not sell products directly and are not responsible for the availability, quality, pricing, or fulfillment of third-party products. Your purchases from third-party retailers are governed by their terms and policies.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. This includes links contained in advertisements, including banner advertisements and sponsored links. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. The core in9months service is free. Optional paid features (in9months+) are available via subscription.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or one-time basis as selected at purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be given for unused time.
• Price Changes:We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be locked in at their current rate until their next renewal.
• Refunds: Refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact admin@in9months.com with any questions regarding refunds.

The Service — including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content) — is owned by in9months, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent.

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by in9months, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials;
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes;

The in9months name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of in9months or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of in9months. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may terminate your account at any time by going to Settings → Delete Account. We will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive termination.

We have the right to:

• Remove or refuse to post any User Content for any or no reason in our sole discretion;

No waiver by in9months of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of in9months to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and in9months regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.
