Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. We'll ask you to type your email and enter your current password to confirm. If your account has no password, we'll email you a confirmation link instead. We'll remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep records for legal or tax reasons (e.g., transaction history for up to 7 years).

If you'd rather just pause — keep your account but stop receiving emails — adjust your notification settings in Settings → Notifications instead.
