What is the shower recap page?

The recap is a page for after your shower. It lives at your shower website address with recap on the end, and anyone with the link can open it. Guests don't need an account.

Before the shower, the page says Coming Soon. The day after your shower, it turns into the real recap. Your shower website also gets a View Shower Recap button once the shower is over.

The recap shows how many guests came, how many gifts were given, photo highlights, gift highlights, game winners and a thank-you note from you. Sections with nothing in them are skipped.

What it doesn't show: guest emails, addresses, RSVP answers or messages. Gifts show the name the giver typed. Anyone who chose to keep their name private shows as Anonymous. Cash fund amounts aren't shown.

You can't turn the recap off on its own, and you can't edit its thank-you note. To take a guest photo off it, remove the photo on the Photos page. To take the whole page down, unpublish your shower website on the Website page. That hides your invitation, photos and games too.
